Terms of Service:

 

  • General

    • This is a digital product. There is no shipping.

    • I (the artist) has the right to cancel your order if it is too complicated or confusing.

    • These commissions are for personal use only. Please do not use it for monetary gain such as monetized videos, merchandise, prints, books, NFTs etc. You must purchase a license from me if you plan to use my artworks for profit.

    • Do not trace, edit, sell or reproduce my artwork.

    • Do not claim my artwork is your own.

    • I only draw in anime style.

    • I (the artist) has the right to use the finished commissions as part of my portfolio. Characters are copyrighted to their respective owners and will be mentioned as the owner of the character. The commissions won’t be sold as prints!

  • Payment and Refunds

    • Full payment before I start drawing your piece.

    • Payment due within 7 days of the day I sent the invoice. After 7 days, your slot will be canceled.

    • Payments are via Paypal only. I will send you an invoice.

    • There are no refunds once I begin drawing! 

    • If I (the artist) cancels the commission, you will get a full refund.

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the terms of service

Commission Details:

​

  • Simple Background only.

  • Maximum of 2 characters in one canvas.

  • I may charge complex designs such as armors/weapons and it will take up to $30+ USD

  • Background prices will depend based on designs. Message me for more info.

  • I will send you emails from rough, line-art/coloring etc. with watermarks. Your finished piece will not have a watermark.

  • Please understand that making your commissions will require time and effort. I will not accept deadlines at this time. Commissions take 5-10 business days to complete once invoice has been paid full (assuming that there are no revisions).

  • Please keep in mind that changing the pose past the line-art stage is no longer allowed.​

I will NOT draw:
​

  • R-18/Nudity: except characters wearing lingeries are OK 

  • Furries (full animal figure): except human hybrids

  • Real-life Portraits/People

  • Mecha and overly muscular characters

  • Scenes depicting drugs, abuse and/or violence

Claiming a slot and placing your order:

  • Name: Your name / alias is okay! 

  • Twitter/Instagram Handle: This is optional but it would be better if I can contact you on different places regarding your commission.

  • Commission Type: Hip-up/full body/additional characters etc.

  • References: It’ll be a great help if you provide me a visual image or game renders (with colors) together with a simple description of your character. 

 

 

After sending the email, I will reply to you within 24 hours to confirm your slot.

 

I will first do the commission work of whoever is number one in my slots. Before starting your commission, I will send you an invoice together with an email notification stating that I will be starting your commission. 

 

Full payment before I start drawing. Payment is due within 7 days of the day I sent the invoice. After 7 days, your slot will be canceled.
